Returns & Refunds Policy

At ParkSmokes.com, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review the following policy before requesting a return or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, only unopened and unused items are eligible for return. To qualify:
Items must be in their original, sealed packagingYou must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
We do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered items due to health, safety, and legal reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return. Your request must include:
Photos clearly showing the issueA description of the problemYour preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)Your full name, order number, and contact info
Submit all return requests to: support@parksmokes.com
Requests submitted after the 3-day window, or missing any required info, will not be eligible.
Unless stated otherwise by our team, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the decision.
If approved: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2–7 business days. Store credit, if chosen, will be applied to your account after approval.
Please note: Store credit cannot be used to cover shipping costs. Credit is valid only for the original customer account. Credit is non-transferable and expires 72 days after being issued. Not all refunds or replacements are guaranteed; our team's decisions are final.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Your email must include:
Photos clearly showing the defectA description of the issueYour full name, order number, and preferred resolution

We are unable to assist with requests made outside the 3-day window or without proper documentation.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return:
Opened or used itemsItems marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” at checkoutGift cards and promotional itemsInternational orders seized by customs
Please note: Individual results (flavor, aroma, effects) may vary and are not grounds for return.
6. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged or defective. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship a replacement of the same product.
Shipping costs for exchanges must still be paid by the customer.
7. Shipping Responsibility
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend adding shipping insurance for high-value orders.
You are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim. Once the carrier completes their investigation, you may share their final response with us for further review.
8. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns that do not fully meet our eligibility criteria but are accepted as exceptions. In these cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
Store credit cannot be used for shipping and will expire after 72 days.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available at www.parksmokes.com under “Refund & Return Policy.” Continued use of the Site means you accept any changes made.
